1. Using OwlSpend

OwlSpend is a personal expense-tracking tool. You must be old enough to hold an account in your jurisdiction. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of transactions you add or edit manually.

2. Data & permissions

By granting SMS and email access, you permit server-side parsing of transaction messages on OwlSpend's secure infrastructure. You can revoke access at any time from your device settings; doing so stops future auto-capture. Our AI also helps parse receipts you scan to log expenses automatically — your data is never shared with anyone, and you can delete your complete data at any time.

3. Not financial advice

Insights, budgets and trends are informational only and don't constitute financial, tax or investment advice. Always verify figures against your official bank statements.

4. Subscriptions & billing

OwlSpend Premium is billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices and features may change with notice. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service, or use it to violate any law. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Availability & changes

We may update features, pause the service for maintenance, or revise these terms. Material changes will be notified in-app before they take effect.

7. Liability

OwlSpend is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.
